Fresh pepperberry leaf sprigs have a rich aroma reminiscent of bushland, rainforest, and spicy freshness. Rich in antioxidants, they can be used as a substitute for bay leaves.
Add to the teapot with your regular tea leaves for a delightful change. Infuse in milk for making ice cream. Use as a garnish. Excellent when steaming fish.
Used to make hydrosol and leaf extract for skincare products.
Will store in the fridge for 2-3 weeks, can be frozen for 12 months and can also be dried.
