Highly aromatic, our milled pepperberry leaf is quite versatile.
Rich in antioxidants, use anywhere you'd use regular ground pepper. Excellent in white sauces, as it adds gourmet aromatic flavour without affecting the colour of the sauce. Can be used as a kombucha flavouring (especially nice when combined with lemon myrtle!), and is our favourite addition to spag bol sauce.
Mix into garlic butter. Use when baking cakes, muffins, and breads. Infuse in gelato mixtures. Use to marinate cheese, in dukkah, and in homemade sausages.
